Ajilon is currently looking for an HR Recruiter in the Orlando Area. This is a direct hire, full-time position paying in the range of $40000 - $45000, depending on experience. Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company, deliver best talent in the organization and provide support in carrying out various human resources functions.

* Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for multiple positions and locations * Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels * Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers * Interviewing, testing and referring applicants for Managerial, Administrative, and Maintenance positions * Liaison with area employment agencies, preparation and liaison with advertising agencies, processing and checking advertising agency billings, liaison with temporary agencies, recording status of authorized positions within the corporations, employment verifications, employee referral program

* Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices * Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently * Excellent organizational skills to provide efficient and timely follow up to deadlines **Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree preferred * 5 years related experience is required - RECRUTING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST * Above average Excel ability including data analysis
