Based in San Francisco, Airware has built a cross-disciplinary team of experts in aerospace, robotics, geospatial, hardware, software, and cloud.

Airware is looking for a proven In-House Recruiter to lead all aspects of the Recruiting function. In this role, you will source and hire the highest quality employees to ensure Airware continues its growth and high standards.

* Work with hiring managers to understand needs and requirements for new roles * Manage the full recruiting cycle, from resume review to hire * Conduct preliminary interviews, schedule interviews for hiring manager and interview teams * Provide a fantastic experience for all candidates throughout the process * Recruit passive candidates and interest them in an opportunity at Airware * Review cost-per-hire and time-to-fill on all positions; actively use and monitor cost containment methods * Maintain competitive market analysis

* College degree * 3-5 years of experience interacting with candidates with a wide range of experiences, preferably in a software company * Effective communicator; able to interact effectively with all levels of employees * Track record for handling multiple openings across multiple disciplines simultaneously * Experience in recruiting through social media and other online recruitment tools * Experience negotiating employment offers
