- Responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and provisioning of the physical infrastructure used to deliver our web based solution.
- Work closely with our software development and support teams on product delivery, security, compliance, benchmarking.
- Successfully execute our hardware validation processes.
- Research and resolve customer impacting database events in an efficient manner.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.
- Refine and communicate our operational standards internally and externally in a professional manner
- Consistently meet agreed upon deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with other developers and the rest of the SaaS team.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; University or College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in with the Microsoft Windows Server environment or an equivalent data center environment required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server (2012 and up) fundamentals and administration. IIS Web server administration experience is a plus.
- Understanding of SQL Server administration procedures.
- Working knowledge of network topology including protocols, principles and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, Ethernet switching.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and capacity resolve complex problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to assist in datacenter rack provisioning and decommissioning operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in office productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Visio, email clients.
- Limited Travel required, primarily for remote datacenter provisioning and physical maintenance.
- Applicants must be a US Resident or currently able to work in the US without sponsorship.
