Employing over 270 employees from the local Caribou and Bear Lake counties, our CPO facility is sure to be a land of opportunities! As part of the EHS & S department, the Nurse Practitioner will report to the EHS & S Manager at Conda Phosphate Operations.
Responsibilities
**Key Tasks:** - Ensuring that Agrium CPO is current with US Public Health Service Guidelines; - Administering physicals, first-aid, and training; - Conducting drug and alcohol testing; - Facilitating return to work cases in conjunction with JPDAs; - Managing the employee medical database (MedGate); - Conducting the hearing conservation program and pulmonary function testing; - Guiding the corporate health and safety program; - Provide guidance within OSHA recordable injury criteria; and - Enhancing the site’s EMT capabilities.

Culture at Agrium is the core of everything we do and our candidate must be respectful of diverse opinions and views. **Skills & Qualifications** - Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner - Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) with SAP and MedGate preferred; - Five (5) years experience with patient care and medical assessment/treatment; - Two (2) years experience in industrial occupational health preferred (onsite training is available); and - Ability to work independently.
