Responsibilities
  • Manages all new hire/rehire paperwork
  • May require the ability to lead, motivate, and direct subordinates
  • Processes accounts payable
  • Conduct pre-employment background checks
  • Maintains AFE and property files
  • Operates required office equipment & computers
  • Supports general managers and marketing manager with meeting arrangements and ordering of office supplies
  • Assists in budget administration and preparation
  • Administers company policies and procedures
  • May support, train, and schedule work for Admin Coordinators
  • May require accounting experience
  • May oversee inventory control
  • Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum four years demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
  • Agricultural based degree desired
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • CDL may be required
  • Travel may be required
