Responsibilities
- Manages all new hire/rehire paperwork - May require the ability to lead, motivate, and direct subordinates - Processes accounts payable - Conduct pre-employment background checks - Maintains AFE and property files - Operates required office equipment & computers - Supports general managers and marketing manager with meeting arrangements and ordering of office supplies - Assists in budget administration and preparation - Administers company policies and procedures - May support, train, and schedule work for Admin Coordinators - May require accounting experience - May oversee inventory control - Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum four years demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience - Agricultural based degree desired - Valid driver's license is required - CDL may be required - Travel may be required
