Production Coordinator

Are you an operations professional looking for a new challenge? Bonner and Partners, a financial investment & research publishing company, is seeking an Production Coordinator.

The Production Coordinator must have the ability to work well under deadlines in a challenging environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Excellent negotiation and communication skills is a must.

Candidates should be detail orientated, highly organized, and an effective communicator while being able to flourish in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

• Work with editorial and design team to update and fulfill all printed premiums. Including gathering print specifications.
• Work with marketing team to forecast demand of printed premiums. Including individual components and pre-inserted kits.
• Monitor backorders of fulfillment pieces
• Ability to interpret and evaluate reporting to forecast trends in order to maintain adequate inventory.
• Submit print requests, approve proofs and vendor invoice allocations.
• Manage monthly fulfillment of all printed publications.
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service and third party fulfillment management team to sort out customer service issues/problem orders.
