Our client provides end to end payment processing services to merchants and financial institutions in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and throughout Europe. Their payment products are supported by the most reliable network in the industry and include credit and debit card processing, electronic check services, gift cards, dynamic currency conversion, multi-currency support, and cross-border acquiring.

* Provides day-to-day management of a team of 2-3 Project Managers * Participates in meeting and task force activities to identify project goals, gains consensus on project steps, schedules and implements procedures and estimates project costs, and fosters cooperation and involvement from support team(s); * Interviews users to identify and analyze needs, develops a project plan, and provides input to recommendations for request and/or problem resolution; * Actively tracks and maintains a detailed project plan in CA Workbench; * Assists with or prepares project implementation steps and documentation as appropriate, ensures a smooth implementation of project, and resolves problems; * Participates in project evaluation against estimated plans and costs and provides continuing support and service as required; * Maintains proven track record of project delivery and success; and manages highly-complex, high-profile, multi-million dollar, client-facing engagements within time, budget, and scope.

* Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent education and experience * Minimum 10 years of full time project management experience, including: * Experience managing projects end to end: scope to implementation, including all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) within the PLC (Project Life Cycle) * Skilled manager of IT Infrastructure and Security-centric projects and audits * Proven track record managing complex, high-profile, multi-million dollar initiatives with remote, matrixed teams * Experience managing projects from initiation through execution/implementation and warranty * Experience in an executive-facing role with ability to assist in development of strategic initiatives with stakeholder engagement * Detailed project planning (MS Project / CA Workbench) * Experience managing “ soup to nuts” on full Infrastructure Project Life Cycle from initial scope statements, requirements gathering, design, development, test, and implementation, including network, infrastructure build out, and implementations with a focus on security process and technolony * Experience in Risk Management and Issue Management * Proven background in strong Change Management, Business Readiness, and Technical Readiness capabilities * Experience managing direct reports, as well as matrixed teams
