Summary
If you are looking for an opportunity to be technical architect leader for the Product Engineering team. Ensure the platform architecture stays consistent and show the team what quality means.
Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to Product Managers on feasibility of product requests * Innovate by leveraging technology to find elegant solutions to complex problems * Communicate all architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies, and garner buy-in from all stakeholders * Be able to review code by filling a senior software engineer role * Understand and be an expert in the data, not just the software
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, advanced degree preferred. * 5+ years in software engineering * 2+ year in architect and design decisions * Experience developing enterprise SaaS software and with layered architectures * Experience in SOA, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft technologies, including wizardry in .NET (C#, VB), ASP.NET, ADO.NET, EF, Web API, SQL, Visual Studio, SQL Server. You also have the ability to understand and explain a lot of TLAs (three-letter acronyms) * Experience of transitioning legacy solutions into a SOA
