Summary
AGCO is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team in Hesston, KS. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for collecting different quality related data streams and analyzing that data for common themes to drive focused improvement in quality throughout the organization. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Engineer will manage the Product Concern Resolution (PCR) process to track and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product data to identify failure trends and systemic issues - Manage the PCR process and ensure consistent progression of issues through all stages of the process - Monitor, analyze, and report key product delivery quality performance metrics for all products manufactured at the plant - Develop Executive Level reports and presentations of performance levels and trends - Prioritize product concerns and issues, and assign responsibilities to ensure the right issues are resolved - Track cycle time for each major milestone in the overall process of field issue management - Evaluate product performance and establish meaningful comparisons supporting identification of Best Practice and Opportunities - Collaborate with all stakeholders in the PCR process, and facilitate regular PCR meetings with the cross-functional team
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Engineer:** - 4+ years of experience analyzing quality, engineering, purchasing, or manufacturing related data - Advanced knowledge of Excel - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Business Administration **Preferred Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Engineer:** - Ability to speak multiple languages, specifically German or Portuguese - Minitab experience - ASQ certification - Graduate degree
