Financial Analyst Job

AGCO is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in Hesston, KS. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Hesston, KS location. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will utilize technologies and tools to improve the timeliness and accuracy of financial analyses.

- Assist in quarterly forecasts and the annual budget process and assist in driving forecast accuracy - Prepare explanations for significant variances to forecast and budget on a monthly basis - Assume responsibility of capital expenditures process - Identify and implement process improvements - Prepare and distribute daily productivity reporting - Compiling of annual tax information - Comply and assist with audit reviews - Prepare balance sheet reconciliations

**Required Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:** - 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or related role - Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access; specifically VLOOKUPs, formulas, and Pivot Tables **Preferred Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:** - Prior work with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Ariba, and/or SAP - Knowledge of Essbase functionality - Manufacturing Accounting experience - Fixed asset accounting experience **Education of the Financial Analyst:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
