Summary
Aetna Digital is looking for a Product Manager with experience working in fast-paced, startup like environment. As a Product Manager on our team, you will help manage and grow our platform offering by developing pharmacy product and/or functionality that is integrated into the digital platform and ecosystem. Partner with other product managers/owners, agile managers and leadership to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users. Responsibilities
* Understand customer and consumer needs to define short term and long term product direction. * Communicate product vision effectively to Aetna executive leadership * Perform industry research as necessary to support feature development. * Partner with engineering team to define, track and test user stories in an agile software development lifecycle. * Provide product subject matter expertise and leadership. * Ensure internal product stakeholders needs / expectations are met and promote transparency by helping communicate through SAFe/SCRUM practices * Collaborate with external vendors on requirements definition and feature development. * Track the competitive landscape to ensure Aetna remains competitive in the marketplace. * Provide support in the development of new data models and dat
Ideal Candidate
* 7+ years of experience working within product management or similar function. * Strong communication skills and ability to help direct product development * Pharmacy Benefit Management or similar experience preferred. * Experience working with engineering and UX teams to build SAAS-based web applications and native iOS/Android is required. * Experience with Agile/Scrum required. SAFe a plus. **Education:** * The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
