Summary
Aetna is seeking an energetic and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Sr. Director of Middle Market, Northeast/North Mountain Underwriting and his direct reports.
Responsibilities
The candidate will support the Head of NE/NM Underwriting and perform the following duties: * Coordinate calendars; schedule meetings, room reservations, hospitality arrangements * Coordinate land and air travel arrangements -UltiPro/HR Delegate * Support Directors on staffing & onboarding new hires (including consultants and temporary employees) * Budget Coordinator for the department * SARS Coordinator * Order office supplies for all staff, maintain office equipment.
Ideal Candidate
**Background/Experience desired:** * 3+ years administrative and/or technical support experience -Experience with Aetna Systems (RBAC, VOLT, Ariba, UltiPro etc) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to a variety of situations and frequent changes * Must lead with a proactive approach and be solution-oriented **Education** The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience. **Technology Experiences** * Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User * Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Word/1-3 Years/End User * Technical - Desktop Tools/TE Microsoft Excel/1-3 Years/End User **Required Skills** * General Business/Applying Reasoned Judgment/ADVANCED * General Business/Maximizing Work Practices/ADVANCED * Leadership/Collaborating for Results/FOUNDATION **Desired Skills** Service/Providing Solutions to Constituent Needs/ADVANCED
