Responsibilities
Aeroterm is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be a vital team member within the Acquisitions/Development group. This position would be responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of new projects, as well as presentations to investment committee. This position has high visibility within the company and has very good growth opportunity. **Job Description (general)** - Maintain property valuation files and portfolio models. - Prepare various reports for monthly/quarterly consolidation and executive financial package. - Participate in acquisition due diligence including lease reviews, pro forma analysis, market analysis, tax review, etc. - Perform various Excel financial modeling to include, but not limited to waterfall calculations, complex debt structures, mark-to-market valuation, debt sizing, etc. - Assist in the preparation of investment materials and committee presentations. - Provide necessary interaction with joint-venture partners on special projects. - Assist in driving the annual and quarterly budgeting process. - Perform all associated financial analysis as it pertains to evaluating current and project debt covenant compliance. - Evaluate profit and cost in various areas of the organization, as needed - Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models, as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.Master’s or MBA a plus. - Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Real Estate Industry as a financial analyst. - Advanced knowledge and strong technical abilities in Excel and Argus - Strong initiative and ability to manager multiple projects, as well as strong follow through skills. - Ability to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision. - Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment. - Capable of thorough self review with impeccable attention to detail. - Strong Interpersonal, writing, and speaking skills.
