• Clearing title issues
• Preparation of closing settlement transactions including HUD preparation
• Issuing title insurance policies for all types of real estate transactions including but not limited to REO Relocation VA FHA and Conventional transactions

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Three to five years of processing and/or closing and title experience are required
• High verbal and written communication skills are required
• Analytical and math skills to solve problems, balance files and payoffs required
• Basic accounting skills are necessary for this role
• Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills required
• Technical knowledge of closing process required and basic understanding of title insurance required
• Strong public speaking skills to market services to agents lenders brokers etc. Microsoft Suite proficient
• Working knowledge/understanding of upcoming CFPB changes a plus
