Aerotek, Inc. is currently hiring a Human Resource Representative in the Napa, CA area.

• Post offer recruitment
• Coordinating screenings and physicals
• Working with clinics to set up candidates for required screenings
• Running the new employee orientation
• Speaking in front of a small to large group of new employees
• Handling all the onboarding prior to candidate starting their first day
• Working in Taleo
• Entering job descriptions as well as creating job descriptions
• Tracking licenses and certifications
• Inputting data in Peoplesoft
• Processing evaluations and entering into internal database

• 2+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with Taleo is a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
