Responsibilities
* Customer Service based role * Field inbound calls from customers with questions related to Consumer Loans * Handle 75-100 calls on a daily basis while adhering to strict quality standards * Utilize multiple resources to properly answer customer questions
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Customer service experience, call center experience is a plus but not required * Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask * Attention to detail **Work Environment and Expectations:** * Call center environment * M-F with 8 hour shifts between 7am-9m. Candidates with flexibility will be given preference * Attendance and reliability will be extremely important
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $12 - $13
