A minority owned and operated General Contractor and Construction Management firm is looking to hire a Construction Superintendent to oversee the build out and renovation of a 36 unit high rise condominium.

* -Planning and implementing quality control procedures, safety and security practices, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment and manpower. * -Examining the contract drawings, specifications and addendum's for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and to bring these to the attention of the Project Manager/Architect * -Coordinating with contractors, tradesmen, and vendors to make sure work is being completed on schedule * -Leading weekly coordination and safety meetings and monthly safety meetings with the crew * -Utilizing programs like Excel and Outlook to track and measure construction site progress

* Minimum of two years superintendent experience in a commercial setting * -Must have used Excel for data entry purposes * -Experience reading blue prints
