Aerotek is seeing a functional Business Analyst for a mortgage client in the Jacksonville, FL market. This position will include collaboration with the Senior Manager over Mortgage Operations to assess historical Appraisal Management Company (AMC) performance in effort to recommend potential enhancements to contractual SLAs and the client's appraisal procurement and review process. You will also be process mapping data driven root cause analysis.

* Ongoing root cause analysis of AMC performance * Ongoing analysis of KPI's * Reviewing and supporting overall metric needs

* High School Diploma- Bachelor's Degree Preferred * 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst * Mortgage Operations exposure in a business process analyst, Processor/Closer or management/supervisor role. * Intermediate level skill set with excel and access * Interactions with 3rd party vendors is a plus! * Experience process mapping data driven root cause analysis * Exposure to process improvement methodologies (preferably a lean six sigma) is a plus! * Must have the ability to work independently/be a self-starter!
