Velodrome Service Representative

AEG Live, the live-entertainment division of Los Angeles-based AEG, is dedicated to all aspects of live contemporary music performance: touring, one-offs, broadcasts, sponsorship, festivals, special events with seventeen regional offices and thirty-seven state-of the-art venues.

The Service Representative provides customer service support to the members of the Velo Sports Center and individuals who enter the facility.

Member and Guest Check in Compliance

• Greet all incoming members and guests
• Ensure all check in procedures are followed
• Ensure Guests are directed towards the proper session and appropriate fees are collected
• Enter Guest and Telephone inquiry information into MOSO

Customer Service

• Answer all incoming inquiries and obtain appropriate information to direct/transfer calls/guests
• Handle member service issues to include: Facility usage, lost and found, new memberships, change of address, EFT setup or change, and questions regarding billing and payments
• Record member concerns on the member service log or Maintenance log (depending on issue)
• Record lost and found items on the lost and found property log and secure items per policy
• Ensure required forms are available, completed and processed properly
• Keep front desk area and lobby clutter free and orderly
• Perform general cleaning duties to include hourly facility walk through

Point of Sale

• Promote and sell merchandise.
• Process all monetary transactions through MOSO system.

Event Support/Organization

• Assist with planning of events, and day of operations for events held at the VSC

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook

Certification/Educational Level:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must complete front desk training prior to working alone at the front desk
