Director - Investor Relations

Reporting to: Corporate Vice President – Investor Relations

• Reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President – Investor Relations, will work with analysts, investors, and management (handle multiple constituents)
• Provide in depth business analysis and reporting to VP of IR and Senior Management
• Engage with global business leaders to develop relationships critical to formulating accurate messaging
• Engage at a senior level with internal partners in communications, finance, FP&A, and controllership groups
• Be accountable for major initiatives from investor day planning to financial reporting

• Prefer a candidate that has both IR And finance background and can perform both roles
• Proven track record of leading direct reports
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statements, key financial ratios, valuation models and techniques
• High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint; experience involving extensive work with complex spreadsheets
• Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Consultative, service-oriented mindset and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively
• 8-10 years of related investor relations and/or equity research experience
• MBA from a top tier institution preferred
