AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Architect for immediate employment for the Arlington, VA office. Work may be performed from both the Arlington, VA and the Washington D.C offices. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

* Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems * Works under only general direction * Independently determines and develops approach to solutions * Uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility over finished plans, specifications, and material approval * Prepares designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and working drawings, develops details and edits specifications * Adapts and modifies design features and operational methods to meet a variety of situations

**Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor or Master of Architecture * 7+ years' experience * Licensed as a registered architect * Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship is required * Proficient in a wide variety of production and visualization softwares including but not limited to: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, VRay or others * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * LEED BD + C preferred * Sketch-Up experience preferred
