Summary
Supports Central Campus recruitment which includes all administrative tasks that facilitate the sourcing and hiring of applicants, works closely with each assigned recruiter.
Responsibilities
* Post requisitions * Schedule interviews and health assessments * Collect New Hire Paper work * Send New Hire data sheets to HRIS for processing * Print completed background report from Certiphi * Update Orientation Roster and send out email notifications * Frequently communicates with employees in person, through email, and telephone * Requires judgment that could affect image of the Organization * Frequently works at PC involving focused concentration * Represents department, meet and greet visitors as first line of communication * Prepares new hire orientation packets * Assists with scheduling the employee Occupational Health appointments * Maintains employee files, ensuring compliance * Managing filing and data entry * Maintains office equipment, HR supplies, and employee forms * Responds to HR related questions and concerns from internal and external customers
Ideal Candidate
- High school or GED required. - Associate or higher college degree preferred. - Minimum of two years work experience in an office setting required. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. - Ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment. - Strong customer service skills especially when speaking on the telephone - Strong organizational skills
