Advantage Tech is looking for multiple Web Developers for our Milwaukee Client. Our Client is looking for a candidate that possesses the following background skills:

* This team develops and maintains out Web applications related to our Fund Services area. * These are enterprise level applications that run one of our most critical areas. * This team, because they are located away from our main teams, runs a little differently. * They will take part in nearly every step of the Development lifecycle, from design to creating business requirements to project management tasks to development to user acceptance testing to being involved in deployment at times. * Everyone will get exposure and wear a lot of different hats all while doing new development on web applications.

**Technology:** - .Net Framework 4.5 and moving to 4.51 in the very near future - The team currently uses VB.Net, ASP.Net, and some C# as well. Having good experience with all is needed - Experience with front end development using Javascript, HTML, and CSS is important. - They utilize TFS as a back-up to store all code. Having experience with this would be helpful. - NICE TO HAVE: Entity Framework experience, WCF experience or any Web Services experience, Knowledge of Active Directory - Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies **Must Have:** - Good communication – Person knows when to ask for help if they are struggling - Go Getter – Understands that they need to take ownership of their work and goes above and beyond as needed - Problem Solver – Takes on problems and works to provide solutions individually and with the team **Nice to Have:** - Certification: Anything related to Microsoft and .Net development - College Degree in CIS or Technology related degree field
