- You will function as the Database Analyst, supporting internal tracking systems (Web portal - Java - DB2 architecture). - You will assist users with setting up and using the system, create help documents and conduct training. - You will work with vehicle teams to manage schedules and roles. - You will work with Information Systems support staff to resolve user problems as needed. - You will participate in system upgrade projects; including specification, testing, launch, and training.
