Technical Sourcer

AdRoll is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our talented North American Recruiting Team. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to recognize and attract top engineering and product management prospects. Your focus will be two-fold; first increase pipeline for hard to fill and volume roles, second to reduce time to hire through building long term community engagement strategies. Your contributions to recruiting will be critical to the build-out and timely delivery of AdRoll’s evolving technology platform. We’re looking for someone passionate about driving growth and innovation by finding and engaging top tech talent.

* Research, and qualify top prospects for mid to senior level engineering and product management roles. * Identify and engage prospects through strong research and networking skills by using existing tool kit and researching additions to our recruiting tech stack. * Craft, define and execute key sourcing strategies e.g. events, multiple touch outreach, long term relationship building.

**Qualifications:** * 1+ years experience in a sourcing, recruiting or research-based role * Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases e.g. Stack Overflow, AngelList etc. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills * Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent * Strong written and verbal skills **Bonus Points:** * Sourcer training from AIRS, Duran HCP, Google or equivalent strongly preferred * AdTech industry knowledge and experience strongly preferred
