Solutions Engineer

AdRoll is looking for a Solutions Engineer to take ownership of all technical aspects of client on-boarding, API integrations, development and documentation of standard methodologies, tag implementations etc. As an all-star Solutions Engineer, you will work with our clients technical teams throughout their lifecycle with AdRoll; including the pre-sale, on boarding and post-launch.

• Be the go-to technical product expert that can design and implement simplified client integrations
• Solve complex integration problems and get clients live faster and ensure that best-practices are followed
• Diagnose complex setups, and communicate clearly through to resolution
• Identify and triage urgent issues and work with our development team as needed for advanced issues
• Develop relationships with third party vendors to solve for integration of their products with AdRoll’s platform

• BS in Comp Science or related field with 4 years experience or MS in Comp Science or related field with 2 years experience
• Strong technical skills - HTML, JavaScript, SQL and Python / Ruby / PHP / Java
• Skilled with ad tags, ad servers, tag management solutions, pixels, HTTP protocol, cookies, ad exchanges (e.g. Doubleclick Ad Exchange, AppNexus, Facebook and OpenX)
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and client facing skills, and excellent written and phone communication skills, both in tone and technical descriptions
• Client focused with a desire to provide the best experience
• A can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to different tasks throughout the day
• Curiosity and a willingness and ability to learn
• Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills
