Summary
The Global CAS (Customer Analytics & Strategy) team provides global analytics across all 3 clouds and partner with our regional Sales Ops leaders to further enhance our support in GTM strategy and pipeline development. CAS leads the effort to expand our TAP capabilities and build a consistent infrastructure and create a holistic approach for all customer analytics deliverables.
Responsibilities
* The Sales Strategy Manager is a MBA IC role that reports to the Sr. Manager of CAS. They will partner with the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy & Strategic Performance Management in creation of framework for the BU Sales plays, Greenfield initiatives * Strategic support and collaboration across multiple Adobe teams (BU, sales, Sales Ops, Field marketing), and provide guidance / roadmap for implementation of the above initiatives * Ability to take high level guidance from the Sr. Director and convert it to a well-structured and easy to digest presentation that will be shown to Executives * Provide analytics and summary of large volumes of data to allow the Sr. Director to evaluate opportunities to increase overall Sales Performance * Create predictive analytics models that surface insight into leading indicators for performance * Help identify additional cross-functional KPIs that align with WWFO strategy * Responsible for any additional ad-hoc analytics requested by the Sr. Director
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 Year of Experience * Ability to thrive in a fast-past environment and work toward strategic objectives * Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude * Effective communication over the telephone, in person, and in written work * SFDC Experience is a plus * Experience using MS Excel to manipulate and analyze data * Experience creating PowerPoint presentations * Ability to work effectively and positively with other team members * Ability to meet deadlines and document processes
