AddThis is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Head of Content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable content programs for both our B2B and B2C product lines. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will collaborate across the organization to generate content ideas, deliver engaging written and multi-media content products, and manage a growing stable of freelance writers.
At AddThis, you will be part of a team that helps companies, big and small, optimize their marketing effectiveness across paid, earned and owned media with website marketing tools and audience insights powered by extraordinary interest based behavioral data.

- Partner with Marketing Managers to develop a compelling editorial calendar for all content marketing initiatives, and manage the execution across all channels and mediums
- Promote the AddThis brand through the creation of compelling and educational copy for articles, thought-leadership/contributed content, inbound and outbound marketing collateral, partner program assets, email campaigns, social media programs, video scripts, presentations
- Copywriting for prospecting pages and product
- Seamlessly collaborate with the Growth team to refine and convert on our SEO strategy.
- Work closely with design/UX team to establish an efficient and impactful content creation and distribution process.
- Find and manage top quality talent to help you accomplish your content marketing goals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive traffic through SEO and referral-optimized digital content
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing toward multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, concise business benefits
- Experience working with social or marketing technologies, and/or in online advertising/ad tech
- Experience in advocate marketing and/or building a thriving user community
- Experience building and managing a team, particularly of remote writers
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint
- BA required, experience as a web journalist or Editor a plus
