We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to assist customers in onboarding into a software-as-a-service. The service helps customers test quality of software built or bought by the customer.

• The candidate will participate in scoping calls with customers to help the customer understand how the service can help the customer, then the candidate will respond to customer questions as needed to help the customer come on board.
• The candidate will assist the customer in understanding how the customer's environment and assets can be customized to best make use of the service.
• The candidate will help the customer understand how to make the service part of the customer's workflow for software development.
• The candidate will work closely with the engineering team building the service to communicate customer needs and pain points discovered by working with the customers.

• 5+ Years Software Engineering experience (C or C++ would be helpful)
• Developer Experience, must have written code and worked on software products before
• Customer facing role experience
