Health Care Customer Service Representative

ActivStyle, a growing medical supply company in NE Minneapolis is searching for a Health Care Customer Service Representative to work in our Reimbursement Department. Responsible for gathering and submitting accurate medical documents needed to complete patients’ prescriptions.

* Create prescriptions and necessary medical documents to complete patients’ prescriptions. * Contact Clinics, Physicians, and Patients to obtain documents. * Assist Patients inquiring about the status of their prescriptions. * Collect and review documents to make sure they meet State and Federal requirements. * Monitor status of documents and follow up as appropriate with urgency.

Computer and typing skills necessary. **Required Experience** * High school diploma or equivalent with some college courses in healthcare or experience working with health insurances preferred.
