Well established, family owned company has an immediate hiring need for a Financial Analyst at their Emeryville location. The Financial Analyst will work closely with the FP&A group. This Financial Analyst position in Emeryville is a Direct Hire opportunity with salary of between $55K to $60K based on experience.

The Financial Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Prepare weekly and monthly reviews
• Validate P&L’s, identify and research significant variances and communicate any issues to management
• Assist with coordination and implementation of financial planning process
• Create monthly management reports
• Work with management team to prepare annual budget and profit plan
• Work on special projects and other related duties as assigned

The Qualifications and Key Competencies for the Financial Analyst position include:

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field and 1-2 years experience in financial analysis role
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and previous experience with SAP
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to contribute new creative ideas and solutions to increase productivity
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
