Accounting Associate

We are currently seeking Entry Level Accounting Associates in the Grand Rapids, MI area! The ideal candidates are recent college graduates or someone who has 1-3 years recent experience in Accountng/Finance and also have advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups and macros).

• Resolve AP accounts payable and AR accounts receivable discrepancies
• Assist with month end close process and reporting
• Post journal entries
• Assist with data entry
• Other special projects as needed

• Degree in accounting or finance
• Previous internship highly preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform advanced Excel functions and system savvy
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
