Summary
Accounting Now has a new search underway for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk in the Lewisville area. This role will support corporate disbursements that include assisting with journal entries, reconciliations, ACH payments, check runs and support general accounting functions.
Responsibilities
* Maintain ledgers and generate outgoing checks
* Setting up vendors in system and taking vendor inquiries about payments;
* Sending cash requirements report
* Sending ACH payments
* Post other office expense checks, print and mailing checks
Ideal Candidate
* Two years accounts payable and general ledger experience
* Working knowledge of Great Plains
* Basic to intermediate skill in Excel
