Position 1: Accounts Payable Specialist for Innovative Travel Company - Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services - Prepare and enter batches of invoices for processing - Process monthly rent payments - Process expense reports - Prepare and mail vendor check payments - Sort and distribute mail for AP - Update vendor files - Verify compliance with policies and procedures before issuing payment - Follow up on internal/external partner inquiries - Research payment issues (i.e. AP Aging, invoice disputes, etc.) - Assist in annual 1099 Reporting - Ad hoc projects Position 2: Data Entry Clerk for an Emerging Transportation Company - Assist in data entry for employee time sheets - Audit employee time sheets for accuracy - Work in a team environment that respects accuracy and efficiency Position 3: Collections Specialist for a Quick-Growing Produce Company - Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collecting payments from commercial customers - Must have great phone presence and good customer service skills

- Degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Economics - Strong Excel skills - Excellent communication skills - Team-player mentality
