Position 1: Accounts Payable Specialist for Innovative Travel Company

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
• Prepare and enter batches of invoices for processing
• Process monthly rent payments
• Process expense reports
• Prepare and mail vendor check payments
• Sort and distribute mail for AP
• Update vendor files
• Verify compliance with policies and procedures before issuing payment
• Follow up on internal/external partner inquiries
• Research payment issues (i.e. AP Aging, invoice disputes, etc.)
• Assist in annual 1099 Reporting
• Ad hoc projects

Position 2: Data Entry Clerk for an Emerging Transportation Company

• Assist in data entry for employee time sheets
• Audit employee time sheets for accuracy
• Work in a team environment that respects accuracy and efficiency

Position 3: Collections Specialist for a Quick-Growing Produce Company

• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collecting payments from commercial customers
• Must have great phone presence and good customer service skills

• Degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-player mentality
