* Our client is expanding in the Frederick, MD area and is hiring and training Customer Service Representatives to join their team. Our best Customer Service Representatives constantly go the extra mile to wow customers, make them feel that their concerns are important and also engage customers to learn about their financial needs. * The Customer Service Representatives will develop and improve their skills through training programs and regular feedback discussions with supervisors, which will help further their experience and improve their chances for even greater roles in the future.

* 1+ years customer service experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer * Ability to handle high call volumes in a polite and empathetic manor
