Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

**Basic Qualifications:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft Pension Module, specifically Pension Benefit Calculations (design, configure, customize and test) * Minimum of 3 years of experience, and knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, including Pension Administration. * Participated in 1 or more full-life cycle implementations as a lead of a small team **A successful candidate will be able:** * Travel 100%, Monday - Friday * Fully comprehend pension calculation statutes and administrative practices * Configure the PeopleSoft Pension benefit calculator using the out of the box configuration screens to meet the calculation statutes and administrative practices. * Configuration requires a strong understanding of PS pension function results, group definitions and aliases * When configurations cannot meet the requirements, customize the PeopleSoft Pension benefit calculator using COBOL and SQL * Help identify and resolve data problems that will undermine the benefit calculator’s ability to perform the calculation **Professional Skill Requirements:** * Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment * Desire to work in an information systems environment * Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
