Marketing Analyst

Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.

Administrative Duties:

• Create presentations, prepare agendas, and serve as reviewer for sales and marketing communications

• Assist with CRM database entry of partner, distributor, vendor, prospect and customer information

Creative and Collateral Management:

• Coordinate the content and organization of data for various sales and marketing events, presentations, collateral, Web pages, and other forms of internal/external communication
• Editorial assistance proofing, and creative concept brainstorming

Marketing Communication:

• Assist with the development of advertising and marketing campaigns

• Support various projects in the Marketing department, including the aggregation of press materials, and assisting in the coordination of Web seminars, media panels and speaking engagements

• Help to police and ensure corporate brand compliance across all marketing mediums by reporting inconsistencies to marketing management

Requests for Proposal (RFP):

• Coordinate company-wide responses to requests for proposal, which includes researching questions, gathering data support information and working with the team to ensure timely, accurate responses
• Help organize and maintain a centralized RFP response library to facilitate and expedite RFP response

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or related

• 1 year of experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Previous experience using a CRM tool like Salesforce.com

• Technical writing coursework and/or experience
