Summary
The Marketing Account Analyst is responsible for engaging with various multi-channel marketing team members and 3rd party providers in support of launches of direct marketing campaigns. The marketing campaigns are targeting HCP's (Health Care Providers) leveraging multiple channels such as direct mail, email, promo URLS, web etc. The account manager will be responsible for support of a portfolio of brands from planning through execution and analysis.
Responsibilities
* Work with client to triage campaign requirements and own development of campaign design document, launch plans and schedules, and working with offshore campaign developers to ensure campaigns and built and executed per requirements * Working with marketing account managers and campaign operations offshore team to ensure capabilities are in place to deliver and launch campaigns * Participate in quality assurance practices and report validation * Work with data management teams to drive data accuracy and data improvement ideas to enable improved campaign targeting and reporting * Take ownership and provide resolution for any operational issues impacting campaign schedules * Support the channel on-boarding process working with channel vendors, and other groups to on-board and maintain channels * Work with Marketing Technology Manager and other Account Managers to develop/suggest potential new ideas and solutions to improve campaign design and create process efficiencies * Support root cause analysis as required regarding launch and post launch issues * Develop and update (as needed) standard marketing operating procedures (e.g. SOPs) based on agreed to changes.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * BA/BS Degree * Minimum 3 years' of progressive campaign management experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior exposure to campaign management software (Eloqua, Siebel, Aprimo, Unica, Adobe, Exact Target) * Experience with capability definition and release planning * Experience with UAT * Familiarity with marketing collateral development process **Professional Skill Requirements** * Ability to work with peers, client and offshore teams to resolve issues * Ability to explain issues and impacts to the business * Strong attention to detail * Problem Solving Skills * Strong Written and verbal communication skills
