Business Control / Product Control Manager responsible for managing teams on strategy, business consulting, technology architecture and IT implementation of finance projects within the controlling function of an Investment Bank or Asset Manager. Provide expertise and change capabilities in financial accounting, daily P&L, IPV, month end close and management & regulatory reporting.

**Basic Qualifications** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Capital Markets Industry managing teams of 3-5 people * Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: * financial accounting, daily P&L, IPV, month end close and management & regulatory reporting. * Minimum 2 years of Management Consulting experience * Bachelor's Degree required **Preferred Skills** * Demonstrated skills / knowledge in one or more of the following functional areas: * Demonstrated skills / knowledge in one or more of the following functional areas: Profit and Loss, month end close, Independent Price Verification, Local and Global regulatory reporting, Compliance, Treasury, Dodd Frank, Vanilla and OTC Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives * Demonstrated project delivery capabilities across the project delivery lifecycle * Knowledge of buy-side / sell-side F2B trade lifecycle * Effective people development skills with a proven ability to coach and grow project team members * Leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results * Strong executive level relationship building skills; ability to facilitate complex discussions * Strong project management skills with a proven ability to estimate, plan and effectively execute and control projects to deliver agreed upon scope on time within budget * Driven, ambitious, interested in helping build out a growing business within Accenture * Have an excellent knowledge of how Investment Banks operate and generate business including the current challenges within Finance and Risk. * Are credible in working on client change projects with the requisite leadership and stakeholder engagement skills that can immediately be used on client facing work.
