Digital Marketing Campaign Project Manager - Consultant

Accenture is seeking a Campaign Management Project Manager to be a part of a marketing operations team focused on executing marketing strategies and driving operational efficiencies for client in the Quick Serve Restaurant QSR industry. This is a client service role focused on end to end marketing programs implementation, improving key marketing functions (Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations/Planning & Management) to help the client acquire, develop and retain satisfied, loyal relationships and create economic value to the client. Will work day to day with other local project managers, client teams, offshore campaign teams, and third parties to drive online and offline campaign execution from requirements through delivery. The project will be run at the client sites interacting with both Accenture and client professionals.

* Develop and execute the project plans to deliver marketing campaigns * Coordinate with Campaign Planning and delivery teams * Execute the service strategy aligning to the client needs * Manage client expectations throughout delivery * Participate in stakeholder meetings * Manage risk and issue escalations * Review and discuss service availability and quality in consultation with Accenture teams * Review, discuss service and delivery issues and prioritize improvement activity in consultation with Accenture teams * Distribute reports to target audience following the guidelines specified in the Communication Plan and Engagement Status Report * Ensure adherence to the contractual obligations

* 3 or more years of experience working in a marketing delivery role with experience in Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, Marketing Operations * 2 or more years of experience in the Retail and or QSR Industry * 2 or more years of experience in Project Management * Strong project management skills with proven experience in project management methodologies * Understanding of leading practice in email marketing * Anticipates key milestones and project dependencies downstream implications to ensure success * Technology experience awareness with leading campaign management and email delivery tools such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, SAS, Aprimo, ExactTarget, Eloqua or Marketo * Bachelor’s Degree required with preferred concentrations in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Systems Engineering **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong client relationship management skills * Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities * Experience working in the marketing services as part of an agency, client team, or third party vendor * Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members * Experience working with offshore delivery is a plus * Graduate degree with focus on business, marketing and or technology **Professional Skill Requirements** * Executive level communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong aptitude, motivation and interest in transforming business problems into solutions * Good understanding of the end to end processes of marketing, sales, and service organizations * High adaptability to newer techniques and emerging technologies * Inquisitive and possess solid issue based problem solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to manage rapid changes in a fast paced and time sensitive client engagement * Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian * Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
