In the Claim Representative role, you'll enjoy the excitement of building relationships with agents and insureds throughout Massachusetts by working with them on investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating and resolving casualty claims.

* Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a team environment. * Excellent customer service and organizational skills, strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, excellent oral and written communication skills and analytical ability are required. * A bachelor’s degree, five years of casualty claim experience and valid driver’s license are required.
