Janitorial Manager

ABM is currently hiring for a Management position within a large semiconductor company in Austin, TX and will be responsible for leading the janitorial teams on-site. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations to ensure conformance to customer contract requirements and the candidate must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.

* Coordinate cleaning services activities as contracted. * Manages and provides leadership to Supervisors, and Lead personnel assigned to the buildings. * Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. * Communicate and interact with janitorial teams and customers daily in a professional manner. * Manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings. * Conduct cleaning inspections at assigned buildings. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations. * Ensure time keeping is accurate and submitted on time. * Initiate and complete personnel actions.

**Minimum Requirements** * Bilingual – Spanish/English – Both in spoken and written. * Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a janitorial environment. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures. * Basic computer and email skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * HS Diploma/GED. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. * Experience in high tech manufacturing facilities is a plus.
