Human Resources Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a creative thinker and doer who will build and drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, mobile, digital, etc. The ideal candidate will be a smart and energetic addition to our team helping to execute a candidate sourcing strategy across a technically, generationally, and geographically diverse workforce. You will act as a partner with our delivery organizations, customers, and leaders by performing strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities while playing an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes within the employment landscape which may impact existing best practices.

* Build a talent network while growing our organization’s employment brand across the industry * Source candidates through job boards, professional organizations, internal networks and partner organizations * Profile, identify, assess and build a network of highly qualified candidates for immediate and strategic positions * Demonstrate a working knowledge of current best-in-class recruiting practices * Document, organize, and update candidate pipeline * Follow-up with delivery teams to provide feedback to candidates on potential, future employment opportunities * Demonstrate an exceptional personal bias for action; act as a highly engaged partner for complex projects * Establish a relentless approach to nailing the details, driving processes and managing goals * Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with experience influencing leaders with well thought out recommendations * Act as a passionate advocate for the candidate experience with the goal of how to create the best experience within our industry

* Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Human Resources, Business or Marketing or equivalent years of experience * Dedicated sourcing/recruiting, and/or recruiting technology experience * U.S. Citizenship
