Summary
The Store Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the entire store order cycle from demand to floor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-directed, and detailed oriented. The primary focus will be on supporting our stores daily, by monitoring, forecasting and adjusting orders and communicating with stores regularly. The Store Replenishment Analyst will work to prevent store inventory buildup, eliminate order fulfillment surprises, intelligently prioritize multiple loads, and establish sustainable demand to floor replenishment.
Responsibilities
* Reviews daily store order(s) for large quantities, surprise allocations, and missing items * Track daily store inventory levels and weekly backroom pallet counts * Inspect excess inventory weekly and regulate root causes * Forecast weekly store inventory levels and adjust to store capacity constraints * Identify slow moving items weekly and initiate exit * Constrain order quantities to DC availability * Communicate order modifications to stores * Monitor DC fulfillment and store receiving exceptions and find root causes * Divide large orders into multiple load and prioritize based on categories * Communicate load sequence to DC and stores * Stabilize store replenishment adjustments * Review replenishment forecast accuracy * Modulate allocation against projected weekly inventory levels * Manage lead time expectation for special order requests
Ideal Candidate
* Four-year college degree, MIS, Business, Finance, or related field preferred * Attention to detail and the ability to muti-task * Previous retail experience preferred but not required * Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Power Point, an understanding of MS Access or similar database program preferred. * Strong analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills preferred
