Production Associate

Production Associates are responsible for building our roof and floor trusses as well as our wall panel assemblies. Associates are trained in production, quality control, logistics and safety. Associates are encouraged to move up quickly to positions of more responsibility such as Crew Leader, Head Sawyer, Supervisor, Production Manager and more.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one

Required Experience

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
• Previous framing or carpentry experience preferred.
