Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various job duties for the compensation department. The coordinator’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to analyzing pay reports, reviewing and documenting pay discrepancies, and creating salesmen proposals.

* Documents position and rate changes weekly * Creates and keeps track of salesmen proposals * Ensures that proposals are accurately entered into system * Respond to salesmen pay inquires in a timely manner * Review Store Roster * Ensures that positions are budgeted * Assist with monthly manual bonus calculations and corporate incentives * Provide assistance for company’s affirmative action plan as needed

* Computer Skills: Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet Software, Payroll System, Human Resource System, Database Software * Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Required Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
