A dynamic law firm with a broad based, highly ranked Healthcare Practice Group is seeking a talented Healthcare Attorney to join its Washington, D.C. office. This Healthcare Attorney position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare companies on business strategy, counseling, compliance, litigation, and transactional matters that involve healthcare regulatory issues. This position is an excellent opportunity to upgrade and work among the very top healthcare practitioners in the country.

• 2+ years experience as a healthcare attorney in a law firm setting, advising healthcare providers and manufacturers.
• Strong background in healthcare regulatory and compliance law (i.e. Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act), health insurance (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, insurance reimbursement), managed healthcare, corporate healthcare transactions (i.e. joint ventures, M & A), and other related matters.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school, academically distinguished with excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Active license to practice law in Washington, D.C. or ability to practice in Washington, D.C. is required.
