A dynamic law firm with a broad based, highly ranked Healthcare Practice Group is seeking a talented Healthcare Attorney to join its Washington, D.C. office. This Healthcare Attorney position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare companies on business strategy, counseling, compliance, litigation, and transactional matters that involve healthcare regulatory issues. * 2+ years experience as a healthcare attorney in a law firm setting, advising healthcare providers and manufacturers. * Strong background in healthcare regulatory and compliance law (i.e. Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act), health insurance (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, insurance reimbursement), managed healthcare, corporate healthcare transactions (i.e. joint ventures, M & A), and other related matters. * JD from ABA-accredited law school, academically distinguished with excellent research, writing and analytical skills. * Active license to practice law in Washington, D.C. or ability to practice in Washington, D.C. is required.
