Product Designer

* The Product Designer will be our go-to person for everything design-related. You should be comfortable going between high-level user experience definition and detailed interface design, working on several different projects at a time. * In partnership with our product manager, you will help to improve the overall experience for users of our loyalty platform as well as assisting with design during the strategy phase for client projects.

**Requirements:** * 2+ years of professional design experience preferred * Thorough understanding of user experience design * Comfort with modern design tools like Photoshop or Sketch * Enthusiasm for working cross-functionaly with multiple teams and collaborating with engineers during implementation * Iterative design philosophy **Bonus Points:** * Prototyping skills with tools like Axure, Invision, or Pixate * Ability to plan user research and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion * Enterprise or CRM experience
