Web Support Specialist

A prestigious membership association is in need of a Temp-to-Hire Web Support Specialist help manage the maintenance and growth of the Association website and other IT properties as necessary.

Responsibilities will include website content updates; periodic surveying of website content to keep content fresh; systematic traffic analysis to improve site usability of public and member only features; working with the web team to plan, implement, and expand new web features; and ensure consistency of design on all web properties. Will also provide Email Blast support and Data Maintenance work.

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years relevant work experience, expert proficiency in HTML and CSS as well as experience with content management systems.
• JavaScript, DotNet Nuke, and familiarity with SQL database and CRM systems are huge pluses.
• Experience with non-profit/Association work is preferred.
