3M is seeking a Production Operator for the Industrial Business Group located in Greenville, SC. Ready to be part of what’s next?

- Accomplishing the production target of quality and quantify, reduce waste, and complete the production report clearly and on time - Complying with company policy during working time, raise suggestions for any unsafe factor and make improvement - Ensuring smooth handover, taking good care of tools, personal protection equipment and working uniform, and keeping work environment clean and orderly - Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher - Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Five (5) years of experience in manufacturing - Possess a two (2) year technical degree or higher from an accredited institution - Experience operating a powered fork truck - Experience working with multi-step manufacturing processes - Manufacturing technologies experience in Mixing/Compounding, Coating, Extrusion, Curing, Web Handling, Vision Systems (ISRA), Rotary Die Converting and/or Converting Automation - Experience working in a fast paced environment
